Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at mysigningsolutions.com or submitting a signing request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
My Signing Solutions LLC is a mobile notary signing agency that coordinates vetted notary signing agents for loan signings, refinance signings, purchase closings, and general mobile notary services across Tennessee and nationwide. We act as a coordinating agency, not as a licensed attorney or financial advisor.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or monitor any part of our website without permission
4. SMS Communications Program
By checking the SMS consent checkbox(es) on our signing request form, you authorize My Signing Solutions LLC to send you SMS messages. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:
- Program Name: My Signing Solutions LLC SMS Program
- Upon opting in, you may receive the following types of messages: signing appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-related communications, and (if marketing consent is selected) messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
- The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
5. Consent Checkboxes
Our signing request form includes two separate optional consent checkboxes for SMS communications. Neither checkbox is pre-selected. You may submit the form without selecting either checkbox. We will only send the type of messages corresponding to the checkbox(es) you have selected.
6. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information provided. Service availability, pricing, and coverage areas are subject to change without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Signing Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms including Snapdocs, Qualia, and SigningOrder. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party platforms.

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of My Signing Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
